獨(dú)立直聯(lián)式步進(jìn)馬達(dá)控制,內(nèi)置精確壓力控制系統(tǒng)，能精確的測(cè)定刮刀原始?jí)毫χ?span style="font-family: Calibri;">,無(wú)需顧及刮刀片類(lèi)型，長(zhǎng)度，重量或者厚度的變化.可編程實(shí)現(xiàn)印刷工藝靈活多變;針對(duì)于前后刮刀壓力所需不同及升降的穩(wěn)定性而設(shè)計(jì),防止錫膏外泄及刀片具有一定彈性的裝夾設(shè)計(jì),刮刀的壓力,升降速度,印刷速度,印刷范圍均軟件可調(diào),且為客戶(hù)提供了多種脫模方式來(lái)適應(yīng)不同下錫要求的PCB板,為客戶(hù)提供了一個(gè)良好的印刷控制平臺(tái)。
4．印刷機(jī)的PCB定位系統(tǒng)
平皮帶帶傳動(dòng),有效提升導(dǎo)軌運(yùn)力,運(yùn)速； 步進(jìn)馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng),可編程實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的運(yùn)輸速度及動(dòng)作；新概念導(dǎo)軌,無(wú)縫傳輸確保PCB運(yùn)輸?shù)目煽啃裕蛔赃m應(yīng)PCB板厚度，制程更簡(jiǎn)便；軟件可調(diào)壓力彈性側(cè)壓,可配底部整體吸腔式真空，及底部多點(diǎn)局部真空。
5．清洗系統(tǒng)
自動(dòng)清洗結(jié)構(gòu)；大功率風(fēng)機(jī)加文丘里真空發(fā)生裝置抽真空；干﹑濕﹑真空三種清洗方式,并可任意選擇自由組合，用戶(hù)可根據(jù)實(shí)際需求設(shè)定清洗周期 ﹑時(shí)間及速度等參數(shù)；長(zhǎng)短擦拭紙通用,拆卸方便,節(jié)約資源；柔軟耐磨橡膠擦拭板，清洗徹底，拆卸方便。
6．高適應(yīng)性鋼網(wǎng)框裝夾系統(tǒng)
實(shí)現(xiàn)各種尺寸（370mm x 470mm~737 mm x 737 mm）的網(wǎng)框的印刷，并可實(shí)現(xiàn)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的快速更換機(jī)型；Y向自動(dòng)定位。

采用windows XP操作系統(tǒng)，獨(dú)立研發(fā)的圖形化人機(jī)界面：尤其在做程序文件的導(dǎo)航效果，方便所有操作人員快速熟悉操作；菜單式中/英文切換，操作日志，故障記錄/故障自診斷/故障分析提示/光報(bào)警等功能，使得操作簡(jiǎn)單，方便。
10．2D錫膏印刷質(zhì)量檢查和SPC分析
